The XXIII World's Poultry Congress 2008 in Brisbane has come and gone. By all accounts, 1600 international Scientists, 1000 Australian Scientists, Farmers and Government Delegates, 50 Ostrich Scientists and 50 PURE BREED WORKSHOP DELEGATES. A small group but significant in that we were part of a fantastic experience. Our speakers included scientists and technologists from England, Germany, France, Italy, USA and Canada, joined Australian veterinarians, Government Representatives and technologists to challenge and inspire us.

We had a legitimate place at the world event, and I am so delighted to have been a part of the process of us being represented there.
